Blasterjaxx - Faith (Radio Edit)

With beautiful, long winded vocals, a big room, big bass drop and hard synths, of course the song is going to be popular in the house music world. But, I wouldn't describe it as a typical "big house" song. It has a different vibe to it than that, it reminds me of a mashup of Save the World and Atom. Check it out and download it below:

Avicii - Wake Me Up (Avicii Speed Remix)

In case you live in a hole in the ground, Avicii released his new album "TRUE" this past week. So, all of the hype around that album kinda covered up this hidden gem. Without a doubt, Wake Me Up has been the standout track thus far from this album. So, in an effort to make the track a bit more upbeat and club worthy, Avicii has remade his own track into a bit more of a house/EDM feeling song. Check it out and download it below:

Deadmau5 - My Pet Coelacanth

Never been a huge deadmau5 fan, but I've always had respect for the guy. Arguably the most gifted electronic producer out there. The harmonious symphonies of this song mixed with the hard techno rifts and deadmau5's occasional "FUCK!" make this song an oxymoron of ear ecstasy. Just Blaze & Baauer - Higher (Feat. Jay-Z)

Did not take this song to be up Jay-Z's ally but I think he'll get on just about any song that is Just Blaze produced. When I first saw who was on it (Baauer & Jay-Z) I had no clue what to think of the combination. The Harlem Shake vs. Dirt Off Your Shoulders? It's pretty unreal that one artist could put together a 6-minute minimix of their own songs over the past few years and have it be this good. This thing is a 6-minute eargasm that will keep you holding your breath on the edge of your seat from start to finish. Seriously, don't forget to breathe during this thing. Kaskade - Atmosphere

Another great house track here today. Atmosphere has fantastic harmonous synths for a chorus and a steady bass beat with piano chords to compliment. The vocals are just average, though. Remember one of my first posts that talked about Porter Robinson & Hardwell making a song called "ID"? Well guess what the muthafuck this song is...exactly that. I thought I had heard the tune before as I was listening to this new Tiesto song and then I remembered it. I was so excited that I yelled out loud. Definitely gonna be jammin this one for a while.
